The information you provide to us is stored in a database server in which our website is located and operates, and which is subletted by the company “Cloud Concept”, in a Greek datacenter and more specifically in the datacenter of the company “Lamda Helix”.The above database server is managed and updated by the companies “Cloud Concept” and “Eight8” when deemed necessary.Access to the above database and its software which contains your data, has the specialized technical staff of the company “Eight8”. There are a few circumstances in which “Eight8” company might needto give access to “CloudConcept” specialized technical staff. The aforementioned specialized technical staff only have access to your data by using unique passwords.In relation to payments, (e.g., card number) the card information is stored in third-party services, such as stripe, viva and each respective bank.For more information about the above, feel free to contact us. For the utmost security of your data, all the necessary updates and patches related to mayor security issues are taking place. Also, “Cloud Concept” receives daily backups of the entire server which are maintained in a second datacenter. This means that the maximum dataloss will not exceed 24 hours. The back-up and updates of the systems used is taking place in accordance with the contracts in force with the aforementioned companies.

At the “Company” we take every precaution to ensure that your personal data is secure.However, due to the nature of the internet, it cannot guarantee the protection of communications or data stored in its browsers from any arbitrary access by third parties.
